George is a partner at E & G Economides LLC. He is also the Vice-Chairman of Totalserve Management Limited, an award-winning international corporate services provider which is headquartered in Cyprus.

George obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Westminster. Further to his studies, George has gained extensive experience in accounting, auditing and tax matters with a leading Cyprus accountancy firm.

His area of focus is private client work, immigration and real-estate and he is also involved in the group’s business development, marketing and operational activities. George is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, a member of the Private Client Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and International Tax Planning Association (ITPA). He also currently serves as Treasurer to the Board of Directors of STEP Cyprus as well as vice-president to the Cyprus Bar Associations’ committee for Business Relocation.

He frequently works with HNWIs and international law firms and associates providing advice in restructurings, investments, acquisitions and disposals of either assets, intangible assets or real estate. He also represents and generally advises international companies and group of companies that have relocated and headquartered to Cyprus such as ship-owning, ship-management, e-commerce, investment, financial services and real-estate companies.

George has also been recognized by the Legal500, a leading legal directory and over the years, has co-authored various publications on consecutive occasions as regards to M&A, tax, lending & finance and technology/digital business.

Eleana is a partner at E & G Economides LLC. She is also the Chairwoman of Totalserve Management Limited, an international corporate services provider which is headquartered in Cyprus.

Eleana obtained her Bachelor of Laws from King's College in London. She then continued her post-graduate studies at the City University of London where she obtained her MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance.

She handles all matters relating to the management, marketing, development and operational activities of the firm. She also deals with private client matters and corporate affairs and advises on real estate matters and trusts.

Eleana has been practicing law for more than 20 years and in 2006 she was appointed as partner in E & G Economides LLC where she has been extensively dealing with the development and all operational activities of the firm ever since. As of 2017, she has also been appointed as the Chairwoman of Totalserve.

Eleana is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Virginia holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester in the UK and a Masters on Business Administration (MBA) from the CIIM. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2004. 

She specialises in corporate and commercial matters on issues such as acquisitions and mergers, shareholders agreements, disputes and generally all kinds of corporate transactions. She provides legal representation, support and substantial assistance to clients relating to the acquisition of a real estate in Cyprus by handling the entire property acquisition procedure from the negotiating stage, development, leasing through to the completion. 

Before joining E & G Economides LLC, Virginia was also dealing with litigation cases focusing mostly on banking, tort, real estate and administration proceedings.

Melina is a Director in E & G Economides LLC, and is also the leading corporate lawyer. She is particularly experienced in company acquisitions and in the sales of private and public companies, joint ventures, M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations. She also advises on corporate finance transactions and she specialises in drafting and advising on corporate documents.

Melina has been practicing law for more than 20 years. She started her career as a lawyer with a large law firm in Cyprus where she trained in a general spectrum of law for 6 years. She then moved on to Totalserve Management Ltd where she gained experience as a corporate lawyer and headed the corporate department. In 2006 she was appointed as a Director in E & G Economides LLC where she has been working as a corporate lawyer ever since.

She has written several articles on topics pertaining to her areas of practice, is a regular speaker at international conferences & forums and currently sits on the Board of the Cyprus University of Technology.

Xenia holds a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Sheffield and a Master of Commercial Law from University of Bristol and has successfully completed a professional course in Arbitration Law at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Cyprus Branch). She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and a member of Arbitrators in the Charted Institute of Arbitrators.

She is also a PhD candidate in the University of Cyprus and her research topic examines the area of Intellectual Property.

Xenia is the Head of the Intellectual Property & Data Protection Department, specialising in Information technology (including e-commerce), data protection, intellectual property and commercial law. Xenia gained international expertise whilst dealing with multiple legal issues in various jurisdictions worldwide and currently has extensive experience in corporate finance transactions, corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, liquidation proceedings and data protection matters. She advises on privacy related issues across all industries in the likes of communication companies, pharmaceutical and health care organizations, IT and software licensing and development and cloud computing. Xenia is also assisting companies with establishing and maintaining data privacy and security compliance matters and is drafting and reviewing commercial transaction documents.

Xenia regularly contributes on articles publications. She was the author of Cyprus Investments Funds Association (CIFA) (Articles 2018, 2019) and she also contributed to other publications published in Mondaq, one of which was awarded and ranked as very popular in the topic of Data Protection Law.

Lisa is the managing director of Totalserve Trustees Limited with more than 15 years of experience in the legal domain.

Lisa is an LLB graduate from Keele University, England. She relocated to Cyprus in 2008 and began her legal career in a large local law firm, during which time she gained a wealth of experience in Cyprus contract, corporate and commercial law, reorganizations, JV’s, M&A, and banking finance transactions.
