As part of the general digitalisation of court procedures and operations in Cyprus and for the continuation of such procedures during the pandemic, the Supreme Court of Cyprus has recently announced that from the 18th January 2021 and onwards, all submissions will be made digitally on a mandatory basis. Any registrations and filings made in court, by the physical presence of lawyers and authorized staff, are prohibited.

Being on the forefront of such advancements, our law firm has successfully proceeded with its registration and the identification of authorized users in the "Ariadni" gateway. The firm’s authorized staff is now fully licensed to use the Electronic Justice Service portal (“e-Justice”). The e-Justice portal will carry out procedures for registering and filing new cases and claims, providing information about an ongoing/current case and for the searching and browsing of our cases.
