A European program on Data Protection (“Problem-based training activities on data protection reform” (TRAIN GR-CY)), aimed to provide practical training for Judges, lawyers and data protection officers (DPOs) in enhancing the effective implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 GDPR, has been jointly organised by the University of Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus, the Center of the European Constitutional Law - Themistocles and Dimitris Tsatsou Foundation, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens within 2019.
